My Yoga Style is a mix of my PT knowledge, intermingled with the teachings of many before me. I don't follow one particular lineage.
And If you ask who my audience is...I'd say it's the 45+ crowd. That's not to say if you're not, this isn't for you. But I certainly don't teach a sporty, fast-paced, sweat inducing yoga. Though I have been known to work up an upper brow glow out and challenge you.

Hi, I'm Tianna. I'm a woman, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a knowledge seeker, a yoga therapist, and a physical therapist. I also enjoy kitesurfing, van camping, hiking and mountain biking. And the redwoods. Ahhh.
My passion is helping people connect the dots in their health landscape. From persistent pain to digestive issues, to pelvic health, to sleep issues.....they can all be connected on a physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual level. I love to be part of the process in helping people change their pain experience.
